  • Be a role model for your team and promote service standards
  • Meet and maintain all store and company sales targets, operational goals, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively and develop good relations with senior leadership

  • Maintain payroll budgets and respond to trading patterns
  • Schedule your team effectively, ensuring optimal cover during peak periods

  • Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation aligned with company guidelines
