WE NEED YOU TO:

  • Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
  • Be a role model for your team and uphold service standards
  • Meet and maintain all store and company sales targets, operational goals, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with your team and Senior Management
  • Manage and develop a high-performance team through coaching and productivity management
  • Manage staff scheduling and meet payroll budgets, adapting to trading patterns
  • Rota your team effectively to ensure coverage during peak times
  • Protect the Kurt Geiger brand and ensure team presentation standards
  • Maintain an excellent visual presentation in line with company guidelines

Requirements

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience with fashion-forward footwear, accessories, or fashion brands
  • To be a customer service ambassador
  • Proven ability to drive sales and work towards KPIs
  • Immaculate personal presentation representing our luxury/fashion-forward brand
