Job summary

Kurt Geiger is recruiting for a store leadership role in the UK. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, train staff, and ensure sales targets are met. The role involves stock management, merchandising coordination, and maintaining brand presentation in line with company guidelines.

You will build strong customer relationships, stay on top of fashion trends, and act as an ambassador for the brand. The position is onsite with a competitive hourly rate and pension contribution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service standards are met through team motivation and development.
• Mentor the team by leading by example and training.
• Achieve store and company sales targets by monitoring performance.
• Review KPIs and implement development plans with the store manager.
• Maintain operational objectives and company policies.
• Monitor compliance and uphold high standards.
• Communicate trade and team performance to the store manager.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding with HR talent team.
• Maintain a high‑performance team via regular 1:1 meetings.
• Build and sustain excellent customer relationships for repeat business.
• Manage staff rotas responsive to trading patterns and holidays.
• Oversee stock deliveries and coordinate with merchandising.
• Conduct stock takes and ensure stock accuracy.
• Organise store promotions to boost sales.
• Protect Kurt Geiger brands and ensure presentable staff.
• Ensure store visuals align with VM guidelines and trends.

WE NEED YOU TO:

• Ensure service standards are consistently met in your store, through regular team motivation, training and development


• Be a mentor for your team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example


• Ensure store and company sales targets are consistently achieved by setting and monitoring these for your store and team


• Regularly monitor your teams’ KPIs and performance, putting plans in place for further development as and when needed alongside the store manager


• Ensure operational objectives of the store and company are upheld and maintained


• Ensure all policies and procedures are consistently maintained through high standards of compliance at all times


• Regularly update the store manager on trade and team performance


• Support your manager with recruitment and onboarding talent for your store, whilst working with the HR talent team


• Maintain a high-performance team through regular one- to-one meetings


• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business


• Support the store manager to maintain staff rotas, remaining reactive to trading patterns, Christmas & sales


• Monitor and manage stock deliveries


• Work with head office merchandising team to ensure restock accuracy


• Coordinate store stock take and maintain stock accuracy standards


• Organise and execute impactful store promotions to boost overall sales for store


• Protect the Kurt Geiger brands and ensure all team members meet personal presentation standards and policies


• Ensure your team maintains excellent visual presentation of store which is consistent with company/VM guidelines


• Keep up to date with new fashion trends


• Be an ambassador for your team and store

Requirements
