Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring an Assistant Manager in Manchester to support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You will lead and motivate the team, drive performance, and train staff while upholding health and safety standards and controlling stock through ordering, counts, and waste reduction. This is a fast-paced role with growth opportunities.

• As an Assistant Manager at Pret a Manger,you’llsupport the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.You’llhelp lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and consistently high-quality food, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment built on teamwork and camaraderie. By leading from the front,you’llensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly.You’llassistin training and developing team members, helping them grow professionally within Pret. Working closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams,you’llcontribute to efficient service, uphold health and safety standards, and supportstock controlthrough stock ordering, stock takes, and waste reduction.

• Salary £32,952 - £33,952
