What You Will Be Doing As An Assistant Manager

• Supporting the day-to-day management and operation of your unit and colleagues, including driving sales, managing budgets and P&L, delivering brand standards, health & safety, and recruitment
• Driving consistent high-quality customer service
• Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, providing feedback on potential issues, progress, and overall performance

• Understanding of maximizing profit by driving sales and controlling costs
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Adherence to and delivery of brand standards
• Experience in managing and leading teams in a high-volume retail or catering environment
