Job summary

Ambition Europe Limited in London seeks an Assistant Manager to join its Restructuring & Insolvency team. You will manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure, while supervising and developing junior team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate insolvency or restructuring.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CPI/ACCA/ACA study beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment to closure.
• Prepare statutory reports and correspondence.
• Conduct investigations and asset realisation work.
• Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors and stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Support business development initiatives when appropriate.
• Ensure cases progress efficiently in line with regulatory requirements.
