Job summary

BK Plus is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our expanding insolvency team in the UK. You will own a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency appointments from initial appointment through to closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

You will manage case progression, supervise juniors, and contribute to business development through mentoring and coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate insolvency cases.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures.
• Experience supervising junior team members.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, commercial problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases from appointment to closure.
• Prepare statutory documentation, reports and correspondence.
• Liaise with creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Supervise administrators and trainees; provide coaching and guidance.
• Assist with resource planning and workflow management across the team.
