KPMG's Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRCS) within IGH is a rapidly growing area. We offer services related to internal audit, internal control, corporate governance, risk management, and assurance projects, primarily for public sector clients. Our work emphasizes modern control assessment, risk management, and audit techniques, collaborating closely with Technology Risk and Cyber Risk teams to deliver comprehensive advice and assurance.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing annual audit plans for clients
• Providing internal audit services on outsourced or co-sourced basis
• Managing and executing internal audit projects, including planning, review, quality assurance, and reporting
• Collaborating with clients' internal audit functions for co-source engagements
• Offering risk management, governance, and internal audit advisory services
• Conducting risk workshops and control reviews
• Delivering training on controls and risk management
• Reviewing internal control questionnaires
• Assessing internal audit functions, audit committees, and boards
• Working with other advisory teams within KPMG

Requirements:

• Qualified (IIA, CCAB, ICAEW or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of risks, processes, and controls
• Experience in private, public, or professional services sectors
• Experience overseeing internal audit or risk management engagements
• Stakeholder management experience, including dealing with FC/FD level contacts
