Support the General Manager in maintaining high standards at our lounge, managing shifts, team engagement, and customer feedback. Drive sales, team retention, training, and uphold high standards to make your lounge the community's favorite. It’s a demanding role, but with your passion, you'll excel.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in hospitality
• Background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Passion for hospitality and people management
• Driven, resilient, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and good literacy skills
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of sales, HR, reporting, and KPIs
