Lane7 - Edinburgh is hiring an Assistant Manager to drive performance, culture and guest experience at its Edinburgh venue. You will lead the front-of-house and support a strong leadership team across multiple revenue streams to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires proven management experience in leisure, hospitality or F&B, with a focus on communication, motivation and hands-on leadership to inspire the team and delight guests.
