Job summary

Tetra Tech International Development is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Governance, Security and Justice Team in London. The role focuses on delivering complex, multi-country programmes with strong governance outcomes and public financial management improvements.

You will contribute to overseas project delivery, bid work, and technical advisory activities while building client networks and supporting team growth. Hybrid working with travel expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing international development projects and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong numerical and budgeting skills with Excel experience.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage small projects or workstreams with overseas delivery.
• Support business development, pursuing opportunities and tenders.
• Provide technical advisory support for project implementation.
• Build and maintain networks with clients, partners and consultants.
