Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an Associate Director Security Consultant to lead complex security projects across the built environment in the UK. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, provide strategic guidance, and ensure high standards of delivery while engaging with clients on technical security solutions.

The role supports hybrid working with office/site attendance up to three days per week and UK travel as required.

Qualifications

• Significant built environment security consultancy experience.
• A relevant degree and chartered professional status are preferred.
• Strong technical reporting, stakeholder communication and multidisciplinary leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resources, technical specifications, and delivery quality.
