Assistant Manager – Global Compliance Services

We’re working with a leading Offshore law firm, with a significant client presence across investment funds, looking for an Assistant Manager to join their global Risk & Compliance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident in navigating regulatory change, who enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants to be part of a business committed to doing things the right way.

The Role
  1. Develop and update risk and compliance policies to align with local laws and global standards.
  2. Collaborate with Legal, Governance, Finance, and HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
  3. Support regulatory analysis and policy development in line with new requirements.
  4. Utilize digital tools and SharePoint to manage policies and processes.
  5. Participate in compliance monitoring and control testing.
  6. Assist with compliance reporting and stakeholder queries.
About You

This role is ideal for someone with experience in compliance, client administration, or operational risk within a regulated financial services environment.

  • Solid understanding of AML and regulatory frameworks, especially in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI; UK/EU experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and analyzing regulatory details.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive approach with strong organizational skills.
