We’re working with a leading Offshore law firm, with a significant client presence across investment funds, looking for an Assistant Manager to join their global Risk & Compliance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident in navigating regulatory change, who enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants to be part of a business committed to doing things the right way.

The Role
  1. Shape and maintain global policies across key areas such as financial crime, data protection, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with teams across Legal, Governance, Finance, and HR.
  2. Develop and update risk and compliance policies to align with local laws and global standards.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  4. Support regulatory analysis and policy development in line with new requirements.
  5. Utilize digital tools and SharePoint to manage policies and processes effectively.
  6. Participate in compliance monitoring and control testing.
  7. Assist with compliance reporting and stakeholder inquiries.
