Assistant Manager – Global Compliance Services

We’re working with a leading Offshore law firm, with a huge client presence across investment fund that’s looking for anAssistant Managerto join their global Risk & Compliance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s confident navigating regulatory change, loves working cross-functionally, and wants to be part of a business that’s serious about doing things the right way.

The Role

You’ll shape and maintain global policies across key areas like financial crime, data protection, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with teams across Legal, Governance, Finance, and HR.

  • Developing and updating risk and compliance policies to align with local laws and global standards
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance across the board
  • Supporting regulatory analysis and policy development in line with new requirements
  • Using digital tools and SharePoint to help manage policies and processes
  • Participating in compliance monitoring and control testing
  • Assisting with compliance reporting and stakeholder queries

About You

This role is ideal for someone with experience in compliance, client administration, or operational risk within a regulated financial services environment.

  • Has a solid understanding of AML and regulatory frameworks (especially in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI—UK/EU a bonus)
  • Is comfortable working independently and digging into regulatory detail
  • Has top-tier written communication and attention to detail
  • Brings a collaborative, proactive approach and solid organisational skills
