Assistant Manager

to join their global Risk & Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident in navigating regulatory change, who enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants to be part of a business committed to doing things the right way.

The Role

You’ll shape and maintain global policies across key areas like financial crime, data protection, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with teams across Legal, Governance, Finance, and HR.

  1. Developing and updating risk and compliance policies to align with local laws and global standards
  2. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization
  3. Supporting regulatory analysis and policy development in line with new requirements
  4. Using digital tools and SharePoint to help manage policies and processes
  5. Participating in compliance monitoring and control testing
  6. Assisting with compliance reporting and stakeholder queries
