The successful candidate will take ownership of client relationships and lead a team of administrators responsible for the day-to-day client service delivery for a portfolio of client structures. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead a team providing Company Secretarial and related services to clients in Private Equity and Real Estate.
  • Plan workloads, supervise progress, and review deliverables.
  • Review administration outputs for accuracy before issue.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, lawyers, auditors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and present management information.
  • Identify and communicate issues affecting statutory records, assist in resolution.
  • Manage employee performance reviews and professional development.
Skills required:
  • CGI qualification or equivalent with 4+ years experience in Company Secretarial services for UK SPVs in Private Equity and Real Estate.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
