Job summary

Assistant Manager at Pret a Manger will support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality food. You will lead from the front, motivate your team, and foster a positive, inclusive environment built on teamwork and camaraderie.

You’ll train and develop team members, collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house colleagues, contribute to efficient service, uphold health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality operations.
• Ability to lead a team and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within Pret.

Responsibilities

By leading from the front,you’llensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly.You’llassistin training and developing team members, helping them grow professionally within Pret. Working closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams,you’llcontribute to efficient service, uphold health and safety standards, and supportstock controlthrough stock ordering, stock takes, and waste reduction.
