Job Description:

Do you have a passion for football and sport? Our client is a leader in the 5-a-side football industry, operating 43 centres across the UK with all-weather arenas similar to Europe's top clubs.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our client's premier football centre. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily management of the complex and supervising staff.
  • Working flexible shifts to ensure management coverage at all times.

Purpose of the Job:

To deliver high-quality service to facility users and support the General Manager in developing sales and marketing strategies to enhance revenue. Collaborate with the General Manager to implement operational and sales plans to achieve excellence and maximize income.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, team captains, schools, and coaches.
  • Strong organizational and management skills to oversee staff from reception to referees and work towards sales targets.
