Wingstop in Coventry is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our dine-in restaurant team. You will work with the General Manager to drive performance, develop your crew, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on a busy floor.

You’ll lead shifts, coach Shift Managers and Crew, recruit and train, ensure food quality, service standards and cleanliness, and take ownership of daily operations. This hands-on role offers real responsibility and a path to higher roles within Wingstop.
