This Assistant Manager role supports the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance.

You’ll lead by example, motivate the team, help recruit and train staff, and manage inventory and costs while upholding Domino’s values in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Mansioni

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
