Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and team performance.

You will lead by example, motivate the team, and help drive the store's success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Flexible hours and a focus on delivering great service are expected. Domino's stores are operated by independent franchisees, so terms may vary by location.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino's values
