Assistant Manager - Elvis Evolution
  • Salary: £35,000 per annum

ELVIS EVOLUTION is a groundbreaking experience from Layered Reality, celebrating Elvis Presley through digital technology, live actors, multimedia, and music. Located at Immerse LDN, London Excel Waterfront, it offers an energetic, high-tech homage to the King.

About the role:

As the Assistant Manager, you will work with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and manage our team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, ensuring excellent service and standards.

Role responsibilities:
  1. Assist with daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service.
  2. Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  4. Lead, train, and motivate staff including chefs, servers, and bartenders.
  5. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
  6. Coordinate staffing to meet business needs and budgets.
  7. Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a memorable experience.
  8. Maintain service standards and develop training programs for staff.
