SHED is seeking a full-time assistant manager to join our team at Haggerston. The position involves working 35 hours, including open, close, and weekends. We are a small business established in 2010, operating three shops in East London and Clapham South.
Our managers should be friendly, organized, efficient, and skilled at making coffee in a fast-paced takeaway environment. Previous experience in managing or supervising a team is essential.
The role requires ensuring that you and your team deliver excellent training to generate good sales while providing exceptional customer service. You should be capable of training your team in upselling, making quality coffee, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Additionally, you should be able to streamline operations to maximize sales. This is a fundamental aspect of the managerial role and key to driving the business forward.
