Job summary

Greene King Pub is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the management team on site. You will help run a busy pub, lead teams to deliver memorable guest experiences, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will role‑model strong leadership, assist with training, and ensure brand standards and safety are upheld. A passion for teamwork and delivering great service is essential, with good English communication a must.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate front-of-house teams.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Experience training and developing staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and step in during their absence.
• Lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Act as a role model for the team and assist with training and development.
• Champion customer and team safety and ensure allergen controls are understood and followed.
