The role

The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store. You will report to the store manager, support them, and ensure the store's commercial success by managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.

What to expect from the role

• Supporting, coaching, and motivating the in-store team to achieve targets, exemplifying Pandora’s customer service standards
• Focusing on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, organizing teams, managing security, team rotas, and sales performance tracking
• Running the store successfully in the absence of the store manager
• Maintaining a strong retail floor presence, managing team presence, and influencing sales environment
• Becoming a Pandora product expert through thorough training and developing the store team’s potential

The successful candidate

Our assistant store managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate is a capable leader and passionate team player, confident in supporting their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora experience.

Experience with a leading brand or consumer products retailing is preferred. We look for individuals who demonstrate our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
