A leading leisure company in Colchester is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee operations and enhance the customer journey. The successful candidate will have management experience in the leisure or hospitality sector, a passion for customer service, and the ability to inspire teams. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus bonuses and extensive benefits including discounts and a training program.
Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be at the very centre of the Hollywood Bowl experience, to support the effective operation of the business, injecting fun and positivity into the team and enhancing the customer journey. The role is varied and exciting; your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team, and running an exceptional operation, front-of-house, to supporting the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.

We are offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, plus £4,500 OTE bonus and great benefits. As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to earn an extra £1 per hour, paid to you every month, as part of our monthly bonus scheme, as well as a centre outperformance bonus.
