Rockfish Budleigh is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, guide a team to reach its full potential, and uphold high standards in food safety, safety, stock control and waste.

You’ll work in a beautiful coastal town as part of a values‑driven hospitality group, with structured training, clear progression, staff meals, discounts and wellbeing support. The role offers varied shifts across 5 days, paid holidays and opportunities to grow within the Rockfish network.
