Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Starting salary is £39,513 (Level 1) to £42,708 (Level 4) per annum (pro-rata for part-time). In addition, you will receive standby payments (£31.58 on call).

Nottingham City Council provides residential care for children and young people aged 9 to 18 years old. We have seven children's homes and supported accommodation for those preparing for independence. As an Assistant Manager within our Supported Accommodation provision, you will work as part of a team with the support of the Provision Manager. You will play a vital role in supporting young people in Nottingham to prepare to live independently when they become adults.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our internal children's home provision. You will support the team through supervision, guidance, appraisals, and audits to help young people achieve positive outcomes. Building positive relationships with young people, their families, and the multidisciplinary team is essential. You will also work with management to recognize good performance and address issues following NCC procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A DBS enhanced check is required for this regulated activity.
- Participation in the on-call rota is required.
