We Need You To:

1. Ensure service standards are consistently met in your store through regular team motivation, training, and development.
2. Be a mentor for your team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example.
3. Ensure store and company sales targets are achieved by setting and monitoring these for your store and team.
4. Regularly monitor your team's KPIs and performance, and implement development plans as needed alongside the store manager.
5. Uphold and maintain operational objectives of the store and company.
6. Ensure all policies and procedures are consistently followed, maintaining high standards of compliance.
7. Update the store manager regularly on trade and team performance.
8. Assist your manager with recruitment and onboarding, collaborating with the HR team.
9. Maintain a high-performance team through regular one-on-one meetings.
10. Build and sustain excellent client relationships to encourage repeat business.
11. Support the store manager in managing staff rotas, adapting to trading patterns, including peak seasons like Christmas and sales periods.
12. Monitor and manage stock deliveries effectively.
13. Collaborate with the head office merchandising team to ensure accurate restocking.
14. Coordinate store stock takes and maintain stock accuracy standards.
15. Organize and execute impactful store promotions to boost sales.
16. Protect the Kurt Geiger brands and ensure team members meet personal presentation standards and policies.
17. Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with company and visual merchandising guidelines.
18. Stay updated with new fashion trends.
19. Act as an ambassador for your team and store.
