We Need You To:
- Ensure service standards are consistently met in your store through regular team motivation, training, and development.
- Be a mentor for your team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example.
- Ensure store and company sales targets are achieved by setting and monitoring these for your store and team.
- Regularly monitor your team's KPIs and performance, and implement development plans as needed alongside the store manager.
- Uphold and maintain operational objectives of the store and company.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are consistently followed, maintaining high standards of compliance.
- Update the store manager regularly on trade and team performance.
- Assist your manager with recruitment and onboarding, collaborating with the HR team.
- Maintain a high-performance team through regular one-on-one meetings.
- Build and sustain excellent client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support the store manager in managing staff rotas, adapting to trading patterns, including peak seasons like Christmas and sales periods.
- Monitor and manage stock deliveries effectively.
- Collaborate with the head office merchandising team to ensure accurate restocking.
- Coordinate store stock takes and maintain stock accuracy standards.
- Organize and execute impactful store promotions to boost sales.
- Protect the Kurt Geiger brands and ensure team members meet personal presentation standards and policies.
- Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with company and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Stay updated with new fashion trends.
- Act as an ambassador for your team and store.
