Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager and share responsibility for the restaurant\'s results by leading, inspiring and coaching the team to deliver profitability and optimise all sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction and bring our values to life for the team and customers.
- Support Shift Managers and Crew to deliver perfect burgers and fries and provide an above-and-beyond experience.
- Create an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun, while ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and Five Guys experience.
- Deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
- Lead from the front; be hands-on on the line and on the floor with customers.
- Support the General Manager and deliver store results with full ownership of the P&L, driving sales while controlling costs.
- Run day-to-day operations while considering long-term plans and always lead with our values.
- Develop the team to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Career progression
If you are ambitious and want to grow, we provide support and the right tools to build a career with us. The next step could be a Deputy General Manager or General Manager, leading to a future as an Area Trainer, District Manager or a role in the Support Office.
