Job Title – Assistant Manager, Branch Support

Sector – Property

Job Location – Nottingham

Contract/Hours – Permanent, Full Time. Based on 37.5 hours (flexi working 7 days per week).

Salary and benefits – £16k basic with a £18k OTE

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a buzzing inbound customer service team, supporting a growing phone based team in delivering an exceptional service to existing clients.

Responsibilities –

  • First direct line manager of team
  • Manage daily call volumes
  • Performance management
  • Training – developing skills of your team
  • Contribute to monthly reviews
  • Handling complaints
  • Rota Management
  • Assist with recruitment.
