If so, then look no further!

As an Assistant Manager for our client, you will be at the heart of the customer and team experience, ensuring your centre maintains the highest standards and service in the industry.

The role is varied, exciting, and challenging. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the team on shift, and ensuring the centre is a safe and enjoyable environment for customers. You will be actively involved in all areas of the busy centre.

In our client's fast-paced, dynamic environment, Assistant Managers are trained across all areas of the centre to support effective business operations. You will assist the General Manager with back-of-house duties and manage front-of-house operations. You will also be responsible for achieving financial targets and service standards.

To be successful, you should have:

  • A minimum of twelve months’ management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail industries.

  • A passion for customer service.

  • Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.

  • Willingness to work nights and weekends.

  • Ambition for success.

Join our client as an Assistant Manager, and in return, you’ll get:

  • An excellent salary plus the opportunity to earn an extra £1 per hour, paid monthly as part of our bonus scheme.

  • A 40-hour contract, with additional pay for extra shifts.

  • The chance to earn an outperformance bonus, sharing in centre profits upon hitting targets – paid biannually.

  • 50% off food when working.

  • Optional pension plan.

  • 28 days holiday, increasing with service up to five days.

  • One weekend off in four.

  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities.

  • Monthly vouchers for free bowling or golf games.

  • 30% discount on food and drinks for you and up to five friends.

  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family.

  • Well-being training to support your workplace health.

  • Option to join the healthcare cash plan.

  • Long service awards.

  • A £15 donation to Barnardo’s upon completing your induction.

  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave benefits.

  • Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
