This is an opportunity to join Deloitte’s award-winning creative agency 368. With around 110 people based in London, Leeds, and Hyderabad, our agency plays a critical role in reaching our clients effectively across the UK, NSE (North South Europe), and globally. We offer comprehensive services including Concepting, Design, and Film, supported by an in-house Film Studio, UX & Development teams, Deloitte-branded experiences, social media, Strategy, and SEO, along with Account Leads and Project Managers. Our agency fosters a fun, friendly work environment with a strong team spirit.

This role will focus entirely on supporting Deloitte’s Bids offering, working within a dedicated team to create innovative designs that make our bids stand out and help potential clients visualize Deloitte’s value and impact.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to advise on the visual look, information hierarchy, brand, and accessibility of bids.
  • Maintain quality control across different iterations, managing stakeholder expectations regarding timings and deadlines.
  • Execute design concepts that bring bid documents to life, articulating complex ideas clearly and confidently through visual skills.
  • Collaborate with the wider Creative department and design team to adhere to best practices from both a design and brand perspective.
  • Produce conceptual designs and page layouts in InDesign and PowerPoint, working collaboratively and incorporating amends.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and briefs simultaneously, thriving under deadlines.
  • Contribute ideas and support team efforts, originating impactful, high-standard work aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Use a proactive attitude to overcome challenges creatively and constructively.
  • Work effectively within diverse, inclusive teams where contributions are recognized.
