As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key support to the Store Manager, resolving issues, innovating in store operations, and leading a motivated team to deliver memorable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  1. Be a role model - Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values daily, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment that celebrates success.
  2. Deliver outstanding customer service - Demonstrate exemplary behaviors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Assist in driving sales - Support sales initiatives, maintain standards, and ensure policy compliance.
  4. Communicate effectively - Maintain relationships across the business, with customers, and community partners.
  5. Collaborate on marketing - Partner with the Store Manager to develop engaging marketing ideas.
  6. Manage stock and visual merchandising - Oversee stock levels and ensure visual standards are met, contributing to store KPIs.
  7. Educate and advise - Act as a product expert, training your team and assisting customers.
  8. Foster a supportive environment - Promote teamwork, accountability, and inclusivity.
  9. Support store operations - Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, and store maintenance.
  10. Create memorable customer experiences - Provide authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  11. Ensure policy compliance - Follow health and safety and other company policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not essential
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for our brands
  • Self-motivated and ambitious to exceed targets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
