Role Purpose

Our Assistant Managers are a vital part of the leadership team in our Brewpubs, with clear opportunities for progression to General Manager through our commitment to internal promotion. You should be passionate about great food, drinks (especially craft beer), and service, with a keen eye for detail. You will also have the ability to encourage and coach your team to perform at their best. We value work/life balance; therefore, all Assistant Managers are contracted to work 40 hours per week (Full time equivalent).

You will drive the B&K Way, our operational standards, and promote product knowledge and training across our food and beverage offerings. Above all, be eager to learn and develop yourself with support from our senior team.

As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities include leading shifts, opening and closing the Brewpub, assisting with recruitment, training and coaching staff, managing health & safety, and focusing on sales growth.
