Crew Clothing is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager (Part Time) in Towcester. This role supports store leadership in driving sales and KPIs while maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and customer service. You will help recruit, develop the team, and create a welcoming store environment.

With a 30-hour work week, you’ll contribute to delivering a premier in-store experience and support a collaborative, ever-improving store culture in a fashion-forward setting.

Qualificações

• Customer service oriented, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and team.
• Experience working in retail environments and delivering service standards.
• Good IT skills to handle POS and store systems (Desirable).
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Promote multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction.

Purpose of the role:

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:

• Achievesales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provideaccurate information about our product to the customer including features andbenefits and stock availability
• Promoteour multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Providean inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
