Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Yeovil is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the store team and drive strong results. You’ll cultivate a warm, welcoming environment and coach colleagues to perform across shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

The role offers a competitive salary of £31,600 to £32,600 per year, plus a generous bonus scheme, 39 hours per week, and clear progression opportunities within the business.

Location: Yeovil

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
