As Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operational aspects of the restaurant, managing everything as if it were your own. Extra points if you enjoy getting hands-on! Your responsibilities include supporting the GM in recruitment, training, stock management, sales and labour forecasting, cash handling, and health and safety. Your main focus will be running excellent shifts on the floor and delivering fantastic guest service.
