Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager at Our Restaurant in Whiteley

We have a rare opportunity at our beautiful restaurant in Whiteley, situated within the Whiteley shopping centre.

This is a single-floor restaurant with approximately 150 covers both indoors and outdoors, making it an ideal location for lunch or dinner.

We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager who is eager for involvement and responsibility. The General Manager is fantastic and will share all aspects of restaurant operations to support your growth and development. We want a manager who loves hospitality and is committed to providing excellent service and memorable experiences for our guests.

Package & Hours

The package includes the predicted service charge, based on an hourly rate on a 45-hour contract. Additional hours worked will be compensated accordingly.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who:

• Is warm, friendly, and naturally good with guests
• Is team-focused, supporting and guiding the team to deliver excellent service
• Has at least 1 year of management experience within a restaurant
• Is experienced in a busy, standards-led environment, ideally branded
• Is committed to a career in hospitality
• Possesses energy and enthusiasm
• Has an interest in areas such as marketing, training, and recruitment
