Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking an Assistant Manager for Spyglass - Harvester to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, train the team, and act as Duty Manager in the GM's absence, ensuring smooth service and high standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Strong communication skills for training and inspiring the team.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
