KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing Shift Managers and Crew
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality food
• Creating a positive work environment
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints effectively
• Leading by example on the floor and kitchen
• Supporting the General Manager and achieving store results
• Owning the P&L, driving sales, and controlling costs
• Managing daily operations and planning for the future
• Developing team talent pipeline

CAREER DEVELOPMENT
