You’ll Fit Right Inn

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in ensuring our Inn feels like a home away from home for guests. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the team, manage daily operations, and create a welcoming environment for staff and guests.

You will oversee daily duties, lead a team to meet company standards, and manage the Inn’s operations. This includes managing shift operations, administrative tasks, liaising with chefs, management, and suppliers, stocktaking, ordering, and handling accounts. The role may also include occasional sleepovers and guest responses.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in food and hospitality, a passion for customer service, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
