Role Overview

As Assistant Manager at the Royal Saracens Head, you will support the General Manager in leading your team to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will motivate, mentor, and inspire individuals to excel, driving the team to deliver moments that wow guests.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are not available.
• Leverage communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service they can be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow our guests, keeping them coming back.
