This industry leading retailer, is looking to welcome an assistant manager to its team. Based out of the ever-vibrant Stansted airport, the role will provide plenty of opportunities to challenge and develop yourself, within a company that is renowned for progressing staff internally..

Leading a team, to provide excellent customer service will be a priority in this role, as well as providing training to upskill your team and encapsulating company values by being a brand ambassador will be key.

Coming from a background in retail management, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for customer service and an effective understanding of ways to drive morale and motivation. A desire to operate in a busy environment will also beneficial.
