Job summary

PREZZO TRADING LIMITED is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead shifts on the floor, coach the team to be their best, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

You will work side-by-side with the GM to smash KPIs, drive sales, and master daily operations, while building a positive, inclusive team culture. This role offers a clear path to General Manager through structured training and growth within Prezzo Italian.
