We are seeking an outgoing and approachable Assistant Manager with a strong background in Front of House operations to join our team at The Black Lion. Working closely with the General Manager, this role will include managing our Front of House team and ensuring all operations run smoothly and effectively.

The Black Lion

A member of the Chestnut collection of pubs, inns, and restaurants; we are a 15th Century inn with a modern twist on tradition, creating a wonderful setting to enjoy our food, sample local ales, explore our wine list, and rest a weary head.

Set in the picturesque village of Long Melford in Suffolk, there is much to explore in our area, from our country park, to Kentwell Hall, and neighboring villages like Clare and Lavenham.
