Holland & Barrett is seeking an Assistant Manager in Stratford-upon-Avon to work with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will guide health and wellness advice, supervise day-to-day store operations and drive sales while ensuring stock, merchandising and promotions meet top standards.

What you'll be doing

• Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, providing trusted health and wellness guidance after completing our Qualified to Advise training.
• Drive commercial performance by supporting sales, profitability and operational excellence across the store.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising and promotional activity are delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Create a safe, compliant and inclusive environment where colleagues can thrive and customers enjoy every visit.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague development, helping your team build confidence, capability and product knowledge.
