Assistant Manager - Lounge

Lounges are special places, made great by the brilliant people who run them. As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining that brilliance, delivering 14 excellent shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You'll assist in the daily operations of the Lounge, from managing rotas and team engagement to handling customer feedback. Our high standards are yours too, but your unique approach will make it your own. You'll do it your way. Brilliant!

This role involves attention to detail and responsibilities including driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and maintaining high standards. You aim for excellence and want your Lounge to be the community's top spot. It's a challenging job, but you're confident you can handle it.

What you'll bring

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Experience working with food and drink service in a bar environment
• A passion for hospitality and talent in managing people
• Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
• Strong literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport and trust
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR, recruitment, and NPS best practices
