Laings Jewellers is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager for their Southampton Store. The role involves supporting daily operations, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. As our Showroom Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with and assist our General Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Southampton Showroom. This is a key position responsible further for overseeing and supporting colleagues’ team responsibilities across each working day. You will ensure our luxury showroom is safe, secure, and welcoming at all times, for both our colleagues and clientele. We are seeking to appoint a role model leader with sound people management skills, able to confidently train and develop colleagues and assist with our recruitment processes when required. Assisting in our Southampton Showroom, your hours will be 38.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (no late shift hours).
